7.9% ABV | 70% plums, 30% Rhode Island greening

foot treaded to provide more control over flavor profile, without harsh bitterness from seed breakage. this also allows for a more complex tannin structure and longer maceration time on skins before pressing.

Tasting Notes: dried plum, fig, cinnamon, rosy, full body, refreshing acidic finish
