5.5% ABV | Rhode Island Greening, northern spy, spy gold
Rhode Island greening that underwent a standard fermentation. Post fermentation an addition of northern spy and spy gold fresh juice was added to the tank to induce a secondary fermentation.
Tasting Notes: candy apple and tannic apple peel notes throughout the body with a honeysuckle finish.
